From a simple idea… to a cookie we love

A journey that started in our home kitchen — and is still unfolding.

Bisuketto's early days — cookie ingredients laid out on a home kitchen counter, flour, egg, and brown sugar

Where it started

A simple idea in a home kitchen: bake a cookie I'd actually crave myself.

One of Bisuketto's first baking sessions — early experimental cookies, each batch a learning experience

The first tries

Every batch came out different. Mistake after mistake — and each one taught me something.

Finding the temperature

We wrote our notes right on the parchment paper. Every degree and every minute mattered.

Learning from the competition

We weighed cookies from every bakery around — to understand the right size and weight.
