One baker, one cookie, and a lot of trial and error

Bisuketto started in 2019 with a simple idea in a home kitchen: bake a cookie I'd actually crave myself. What followed was over 100 recipe trials, a lot of mistakes, and a genuine obsession with getting one cookie exactly right.

I weighed cookies from bakeries around the city, wrote baking notes straight onto the parchment paper, then left everything to study at culinary school in Canada and taste the legends of New York — all to bring a better cookie home to Riyadh.

Today, Bisuketto is still a home kitchen. Every cookie is hand-baked in small batches and delivered fresh across Riyadh. One product, one recipe, made with love.
